I don’t know what to call this necklace yet. I got a new shaper tool and tried it out. I made the big disk with it. It’s not perfect but it was my first try. I made it into a necklace that I’m going to use in a bead exchange.
More Tube Beads
I’m getting better at making these. I still need some other elements to make them into a bracelet. Not sure what I’m going to do yet. I’m thinking about putting them on the chain that is in the picture. Maybe darken it a bit. Sorry, not much of it shows.
These really look better in person. I can’t figure out how to take a good picture of them.
A New Shape In Bottle Caps Beads
Well, it’s just one bead. I have these pre-cut flower disks that I just had to punch a hole in the middle. I only got one done as a test. The rest are the usual.
Disk and Bottle Cap Necklace
I decided to string all the beads together to see what they look like. Here it is. I think it looks pretty good. Nice and colorful.
More Disk Beads
If you’ve followed my blog, you probably noticed that I make something for a while before I move on to something else. So, here’s more disk beads.

First Disk Beads
I got a new bead roller!! It forms these neat looking disk beads. They will be perfect to go along with the bottle cap beads.
They are almost the same size as the bottle cap beads. These are going to be fun to make!!
Kitty Quilt Wall Hanging
My mom made this kitty wall hanging. It’s simple but I love the kitties and the colors.
I didn’t do a very good job hanging it up, that’s why it looks crooked but it’s not. It’s perfectly even. My mom sews really well.
More Carnival Beads
Still practicing stringer control. Trying to figure out new designs too that aren’t too complicated but still look good. I still need a lot of practice.
Copper Tube Beads
Having some left over tubing from coring the bottle caps, I decided to use them to make some tube beads.
I wrapped the tubing with hammered copper wire. I wanted the balls on the ends to be silver colored and in the process got solder all over the place. It doesn’t show up as much in person. I have another idea of how to do it and maybe it will be a little cleaner. My soldering skills don’t help.
More Bottle Cap Beads
I got these done. I’m working on them in an assembly line fashion so I have a bunch of the bottle caps domed and ready to be riveted together. Just have to get more copper pieces made.
Still not sure what I’m going to do with them.
