I found a piece of viking knit that I must have done a couple of years ago. So, it ended up in this bracelet. I’ve been trying to get some viking knit done all year but haven’t put a real effort into getting it done.
More Earrings And A Bracelet
I got several pieces enameled and used them for these earrings:
And still making tiny beads except not a pair of them. Just a random set of small beads. I made this bracelet out of some of them. I didn’t realize it would look so Halloween-y.
I was hoping it would be more red but not really dark red. Oh well….
Last Pair Of Tiny Beads
This is the last pair of tiny beads for the teeny tiny bead exchange. I probably made about 30 beads to get 6 that matched. It was much harder than I thought it would be. I just have to get these packaged up and sent off the the swap host.
Tiny Bead Swap
I swore I wouldn’t be doing anymore swaps this year but this one is for one pair of beads that are small enough to both fix onto a dime. Easy peasy, right? I used to make tiny beads so I should still be able to do them. Took me almost the entire evening to make five of them. Here’s the results:
These are tiny and I encased them too!! Okay, they are exactly the same but close.
I had originally taken these on a dime but when I downloaded my pictures, there was a piece of lint on the beads. Since I already put them onto pipe cleaner and packaged them up, I wasn’t going to try balancing them on a dime again. Two of these will fit onto a dime, trust me.
Enameled Earrings
I enameled these two disks last night and quickly threw these earrings together. I think they turned out kind of cute. The picture is deceiving. They are really tiny and petite.
Bobbin Beads
There was a tutorial posted on Lampwork Etc on making beads using sewing machine bobbins. I really liked the idea so I thought I’d try it myself. Another Bracelet
As you all know by now, I never make just one thing at a time. So here’s another bracelet. This one is made out of copper and I used some different elements in it.
I thought about making this one more than one strand but I think it looks good just like it is.
A Couple Of Bracelets
Here’s two bracelets I quickly put together. I need some for the fall craft shows and I figure I’ll get the easy ones done first.
They are both out of copper wire and findings. I wish I could take better pictures….
